Operations Team Leader – Permanent – Liverpool – Up to £30k DOE

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and inspiring Operations Team Leader to join a growing team based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced team leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead the Case Management department, including Clinical Leads and Case Managers. You will play a key role in creating a positive, high-performing culture where innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement are at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, motivate, and develop the Operations team.

* Foster a positive, high-performing team culture.

* Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.

* Allocate workloads and oversee daily operations.

* Monitor productivity, quality, and service standards.

* Provide coaching, feedback, and resolve team issues.

* Manage absence procedures, including return-to-work interviews.

* Set team objectives and monitor progress.

* Communicate team performance and challenges to the Operations Manager.

* Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency.

* Promote a data-driven approach to decision-making.

* Build positive customer relationships and support service delivery.

* Lead regular team meetings and encourage effective communication.

* Identify training and development opportunities.

* Report on team performance, productivity, and service levels.

* Support wider business needs as required.

About You

* Previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role.

* Proven experience managing performance and conducting 1:1s.

* Strong people management and coaching skills.

* Able to balance support with accountability.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.

* Confident using performance data to drive results.

* Able to build strong relationships across teams.
