Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading residential developer to recruit a Customer Services Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, customer-focused team, managing the customer journey from exchange of contracts through to completion, handover, and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the customer journey from exchange through to legal completion and handover.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with purchasers.
Handle customer enquiries, defects, and escalated issues in collaboration with the Aftercare team.
Coordinate with Sales, Construction, Property Management, Concierge, and Managing Agents to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer records using Salesforce or a CRM system.
Support resident communications during remediation and major works projects.
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience within residential property, new homes, construction, or a similar environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience managing customer enquiries and complaints.
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
What's on Offer
Salary: £32,000-£38,000 (depending on experience)
12-month fixed-term contract
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (37.5 hours)
Office-based (5 days per week)
