Facade Site Manager

Façade Site Manager – Residential Project, East London

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor seeking an experienced Façade Site Manager for a major residential development in East London.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the façade package, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate façade subcontractors and site activities

* Oversee façade installation, inspections and quality control

* Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and building regulations

* Monitor progress against the construction programme

* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety inspections

* Coordinate with the project team, design team and other trades

* Identify and resolve technical or programme-related issues

* Maintain accurate site records and complete progress reports

* Manage snagging, inspections and handover

Candidate requirements:

* Previous experience managing façade packages on residential or high-rise projects

* Strong knowledge of façade systems, such as curtain walling, cladding, SFS, brickwork and windows

* Excellent understanding of health and safety requirements

* Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades

* Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First Aid at Work

* Relevant façade, construction or site-management qualification preferred
