MEP BIM Coordinator - London

The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the digital delivery of multidisciplinary building services projects, working closely with MEP engineers, architects and structural teams to produce, coordinate and manage high-quality BIM models throughout all project stages.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating federated MEP models across multiple disciplines.
Managing BIM workflows using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
Performing clash detection and leading coordination reviews.
Supporting project teams in achieving BIM Level 2 and ISO 19650 standards.
Developing and maintaining BIM execution plans and project documentation.
Working alongside engineers to resolve technical coordination issues.
Ensuring models meet client and project requirements throughout design and delivery.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of digital engineering standards and processes.

Applicants should have:
Proven experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator within a building services consultancy or contractor environment.
Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
Strong experience using Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
Good understanding of BIM standards including ISO 19650.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Knowledge of ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), BIM 360 or similar Common Data Environments is advantageous.
Dynamo, scripting or computational design experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
