Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing team, ensuring delivery of high-quality marketing activity across the business.
Manage day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and priorities remain aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate and oversee marketing projects from initial brief through to successful execution and delivery.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted marketing advisor across multiple departments.
Work closely with external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered effectively and on schedule.
Implement and refine marketing processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and overall team performance.
Ensure all marketing output meets brand standards, business objectives, and quality expectations.
Support the planning and delivery of events, partnerships, and business-wide initiatives.
Monitor campaign and channel performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
Provide regular reporting and insight to senior stakeholders, helping shape future marketing activity and investment decisions.
The successful candidate will:
Have significant experience within a marketing management or marketing leadership role, with responsibility for leading and developing teams.
Demonstrate a strong background in delivering integrated marketing campaigns and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Be confident using data, reporting tools, and marketing analytics to drive decision-making and improve performance.
Have knowledge of digital marketing channels including email marketing, SEO, paid social, and lead generation activity.
Possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Have experience managing agencies, suppliers, and external partners.
Take ownership of challenges and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and initiative are essential.
Have a hands-on approach and enjoy contributing directly to marketing activity when required.In return you will receive:
