This independent, privately-owned consultancy operates a network of offices across the UK and has built a strong reputation for excellence in the market. Project values range from £500k to £50 million, offering an exciting variety of opportunities.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion across multiple sectors, offering the chance to take ownership and diversify your experience, particularly if you're seeking to break free from a single-sector focus.
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Quantity Surveying.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally consultancy-side
Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
MRICS accreditation or be on track to achieving it.
