Lubrication Technician

Annual Salary: £32,000-£38,000
Location: Liverpool
Job Type: Full-time (days)An international leader in predictive and prescriptive maintenance, as a Lubrication Technician. This role is crucial in supporting our customers in the Liverpool area to enhance the reliability of their machinery, prevent losses and unplanned downtime, and reduce costs. Day-to-day of the role:

Carry out periodic lubrication of customer assets, ensuring the use of correct lubricants and proper storage.
Support Reliability Engineers by implementing and improving the services offered.
Conduct visual inspections to identify leaks or potential reliability enhancements.
Perform lubrication routes, possibly using ultrasonic measuring devices, and suggest improvements to the PdM Engineer.
Manage oil changes, check filter systems, and propose enhancements.
Execute all known lubrication tasks, including taking samples for analysis, adhering to Best Practices.
Participate in an extensive internal training program, including on-the-job training, classroom sessions, and ISO certified training to ensure excellence in all practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical training and/or work experience in the electromechanical field.
Ability to work independently with significant personal responsibility.
Flexibility to work within a dynamic team of technicians.
Basic knowledge in the electrical field and broader knowledge in the mechanical field.
Machinery Lubrication Technician Level 1 or 2 is advantageous
Experience with lubrication of industrial installations is beneficial.
Willingness to travel as required across the UK to support our customers.Benefits:
