As a Sales Support Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing accurate quotations for spare parts, including commercial, administrative and technical details
Following up on quotations proactively to maximise conversion and identify opportunities for upselling
Processing claims, credit notes and return orders in line with agreed authority levels
Ensuring accurate data entry into internal systems and supporting monthly reporting
Approaching customers directly to verify data, discuss offers, and explore further commercial opportunities
As a Sales Support Administrator, your experience/skills will include:
Working within a sales, aftersales, spares, or technical support environment
experinace producing quotations, processing orders and managing customer enquiries
Strong attention to detail
Using systems such as Microsoft Office and ideally ERP/CRM tools
Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
A structured, accurate and customer‑focused working style
