MOT Tester

We are currently seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join a reputable vehicle repair centre in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Basic salary of £33,500 per annum plus performance-based bonus, with an OTE of £40,000
Monday to Friday working week, 44.5 hours with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Diagnosing fault codes and identifying MOT failures accurately
Performing MOT tests for Class 4 and Class 7 vehicles
Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards in a timely manner
Maintaining a professional image and delivering excellent customer service
Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards
Assisting in the workshop to optimise workflow and productivityRequirements of a MOT Tester:

Valid Class 4 and Class 7 MOT licences
Full UK driving licence
Proven experience as an MOT Tester in a busy workshop environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
