Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation in the search for an Executive Assistant!

Our client is a successful and evolving business that plays an important role in supporting the local community. They are now looking to welcome an experienced and proactive EA into their team on a permanent basis, with a salary of up to £35,000. This is a hybrid role with three days a week in the office which is based in Fareham.

Reporting into the CFO, this is a high-impact and business critical role, providing a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming organisation where you can make a real difference.

What you’ll do as an Executive Assistant:

Oversee key strategic initiatives, tracking delivery and managing dependencies

Support Board and Executive activity, including preparing high-quality papers, presentations, and briefings

Capture key actions and ensure follow-through to completion

Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis

Act as a key liaison across the Executive Leadership Team and wider business, ensuring clear and timely communication

Provide high-level executive support including diary, inbox, and meeting management

Coordinate key events, communications, and logistics, acting as a gatekeeper to prioritise activity

Lead and support strategic and operational projects

Drive continuous improvement, enhancing processes, reporting, and governance for scalable ways of working

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience of supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives

A high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Strong commercial awareness

Exceptional organisational capability

The ability to operate confidently at SLT and Board level, including with external stakeholders where required.

Advanced Microsoft office skills, especially Excel

The ability to work at pace with competing priorities
