Your Role

As a Home Care Assistant you will:

* Provide personal and intimate care with dignity and respect

* Support individuals to achieve their personal outcomes and independence

* Assist with daily household tasks

* Support with medication prompts and administration

* Prepare meals and assist with nutrition

* Deliver care in line with Health and Social Care Standards: My Support, My Life
