Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Salary: £25,000 per annum (increasing after probation)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (+ The occasional Saturday)

* Listening to client requirements, providing clear support and advice, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
* Managing the customer service inbox, responding to emails promptly, or allocating complex queries to relevant internal teams.
* Liaising with suppliers on behalf of clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth communication.
* Updating and maintaining accurate client records, including company names and location changes.
* Monitoring and checking client deliveries, updating purchase orders accordingly.
* Sourcing emergency suppliers when required and verifying their documentation against regulatory standards.
* Escalating complex issues to the Customer Service Manager to ensure swift resolution.
* Assisting the management team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.
What We Are Looking For:
While previous office experience is a bonus, it is not essential. We are looking for individuals who possess:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
