The Opportunity
We're on a mission to transform broadband access for homes and businesses in rural towns and communities across Northern England and Scotland. As part of our continued growth, we're expanding our Field Sales team and looking for driven, customer‑focused sales professionals who thrive in a target‑led, face‑to‑face environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out door‑to‑door sales in areas connected to our full‑fibre network
Building, managing and converting a strong pipeline of leads
Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Planning your day effectively to maximise customer interactions
Holding high‑quality, informative conversations about our products and services
Selling responsibly and transparently to minimise cancellations
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell based on customer needs
Keeping CRM systems and sales applications fully up to date
Acting as a local expert, sharing insights on your territory and competitorsWhat We're Looking For
Proven success in customer‑facing, target‑driven sales roles
(e.g. field sales, door‑to‑door, retail, utilities, promotions)
Resilience, confidence and a positive mindset
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points (essential)What's in It for You?
