This is a varied role that combines sales support, customer service, order processing and administration. You'll play a vital part in ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to product delivery. If you enjoy building customer relationships, working in a fast paced environment and being part of a close knit team, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Preparing and submitting quotations, pricing proposals and tender documents
Progressing customer enquiries through to successful sales
Processing customer orders and managing them through to delivery
Coordinating deliveries and resolving customer queries efficiently
Maintaining regular contact with both new and existing customers via phone and email
Assisting with stock management and helping to maintain warehouse inventory levels
Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products
Supporting the receipt and organisation of incoming shipments
Keeping up to date with product knowledge and company offerings
Following company policies and procedures at all timesThe successful candidate will have:

Previous experience within a busy sales office or sales administration environment
The ability to learn and retain technical product knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong customer service focus
A confident, friendly and proactive approach
Good administrative skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and email systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
