Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an award-winning luxury hotel, looking to recruit an ambitious Sous Chef to join their exceptional kitchen brigade. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside an experienced Head Chef in a Michelin-starred kitchen, producing refined dishes using outstanding seasonal produce.

What's involved?
Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Leading and motivating the brigade during service
Preparing and delivering dishes to Michelin-starred standards
Assisting with the development of seasonal menus
Training, mentoring and supporting junior members of the brigade
Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety
Managing stock control and minimising waste
Ensuring consistency and excellence throughout every service

We're looking for a Sous Chef who has:
Experience working within a Michelin-starred or 3 AA Rosette kitchen
A genuine passion for exceptional food and seasonal produce
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure
A positive attitude with a desire to continue learning and developing
