Our client, a prominent player in the aerospace sector, is seeking a Rolls Royce Account Manager for a permanent position based in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and optimise existing aftermarket business for the Rolls Royce (RR) account, providing on-site customer support and marketing coordination at multiple Parker Aerospace sites and divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the primary interface with clients by maintaining an on-site presence and developing long-term relationships at all levels of the customer's organization.
Serving as the customer's advocate within Parker Aerospace by facilitating the resolution of technical, logistical, performance, or support issues.
Ensuring long-term profitable growth of spares, repairs, product improvements, and retrofit business lines at RR by working with Aftermarket Business Development Managers.
Providing oversight of key customer performance areas such as delivery and quality metrics.
Executing contracts to ensure a high level of customer service and pro-actively reducing customer inquiries.
Managing project planning, retrofit management, and coordinating activities across multiple sites and divisions.
Updating and managing the SharePoint site containing shared documentation between RR and Parker Aerospace.
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in aerospace, including high-level account management and customer relationship management.
Thorough knowledge of company products and services, aerospace technology, regulations, and policies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence various departments and divisions within a matrix organization.
Experience in managing engine accounts or working for an engine manufacturer in a supply chain or customer-facing role.
Proficiency in conducting aftermarket business reviews with engine manufacturers.
