The Head of Business will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and team management to drive the dealership's growth and success.
This is a senior leadership role designed for an automotive professional with demonstrable experience in managing dealership performance, teams, and financial results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Lead the Head of Business and manage end-to-end dealership operations to ensure high standards of excellence across all departments

Motivate, develop, and manage teams to deliver outstanding service and operational performance
Oversee financial metrics, including profitability, KPIs, stock control, and cash flow management, ensuring targets are achieved
Cultivate a positive customer experience, fostering loyalty and reputation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies within the dealership
Uphold brand standards and compliance with industry regulations
Represent the dealership at industry events and stakeholder meetingsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Head of Business, General Manager, Dealer Principal, or similar senior automotive management role
Demonstrable success in leading dealership operations and teams within a high-volume environment
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Excellent commercial awareness, with experience managing profitability and business data analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of automotive retail processes, including sales, aftersales, and customer experience
Proficiency in automotive management systems and digital platforms
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
