Job Title - Maintenance Engineer – Electrical & Mechanical
Salary depending upon experience,
Monday to Friday, 2.00pm – 11.30pm, There will be overtime available at the weekends.
Job purpose
The key purpose of this role is to work autonomously, and as part of a small team, to undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance and repairs of our glass processing machines, located in WITHAM, CB8
Duties and responsibilities
This role is responsible for :-
* Providing front line maintenance support to the shift operations team
* Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency
* Electrical, Instrumentation and Mechanical fault finding
* Assist in dismantling and re-assembling all production equipment
* Regular PPM and scheduled maintenance and improvement works
Experience/Qualifications
As the ideal candidate, you will have previously worked within a fast-paced production environment and possess the following skills and experience:
* Must be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)
* Track record of electrical fault finding & ideally knowledge of PLC's
* Worked on machinery within a Manufacturing environment
* Self-motivated and able to work in a team
* You will ideally hold a recognised Electrical Engineering qualification, such as:- Level 3 Diploma / NVQ3 / HNC / 18th Edition maintenance engineering / City & Guilds 2382
* Knowledge and experience of PLC an advantage
Person
You will also require a flexible approach to your working hours to help meet Operational demand and support the needs of the business.

- Level 3 Diploma / NVQ3 / HNC
- 18th Edition maintenance engineering
- City & Guilds 2382
Driving
* Full clean driving licence
