Experience Required: 3-7 Years
Working Pattern: Hybrid (Typically 50% onsite/50% remote. In exceptional circumstances this may be 30% onsite/70% remote.)

Purpose

Provide governance, coordination and deployment support for the SAP Roles & Authorizations (R&A) workstream, ensuring role design, persona management, access governance and security standards are delivered consistently across the SAP transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational support for the SAP Roles & Authorizations workstream.

Own and manage R&A JIRA activities, milestones and cross-functional dependencies.

Coordinate testing activities, defect resolution and Signavio deliverables.

Maintain and continuously improve the R&A Playbook and Cookbook.

Own the Persona Catalogue, including governance, quality assurance, version control and ongoing updates.

Maintain R&A Golden Rules, RACI framework and end-to-end deployment methodology.

Collaborate with Global Business Process Owners (GBPOs), Business Transformation teams and regional stakeholders.

Provide guidance on SAP role design, authorization concepts and access governance best practices.

Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to deployment teams.

Support SAP rollout activities, cutover planning and Hypercare phases.

Ensure stakeholder alignment across workstreams and regions.

Support project governance, reporting and ad-hoc programme management activities.

Required Experience

Proven experience in SAP Roles & Authorizations/SAP Security.

Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation, deployment or rollout programmes.

Strong understanding of SAP role design, user personas and authorization management.

Experience with SAP access governance and security controls.

Strong knowledge of JIRA and Signavio.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience creating and maintaining governance documentation, standards and methodologies.

Experience delivering training and supporting business users and deployment teams.

Experience supporting testing, cutover and Hypercare activities.

Desirable Experience

SAP GRC Access Control experience.

Experience working within global template programmes.

Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.

SAP Security certification and/or SAP S/4HANA project experience.
