We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Observability Consultant to join a growing specialist practice delivering advisory, design and implementation services across enterprise customers.

This is a senior consulting opportunity for an observability SME who can engage with stakeholders, assess existing capabilities, define observability strategies and deliver modern observability solutions across complex enterprise environments.

The successful consultant will combine strong customer-facing consulting skills with deep technical expertise across observability platforms, telemetry architecture and application performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead observability discovery workshops and maturity assessments across enterprise customers.
• Define observability strategies and roadmaps aligned to business and technology objectives.
• Design and implement enterprise observability solutions covering metrics, logs, traces and user experience monitoring.
• Build and optimise telemetry pipelines using modern observability frameworks and tooling.
• Deliver Open Telemetry-based instrumentation strategies and distributed tracing solutions.
• Implement and configure observability platforms including Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana and Cribl.
• Develop dashboards, alerting frameworks and automated operational workflows.
• Integrate observability tooling with ITSM, Event Management and AIOps platforms.
• Support root cause analysis, performance optimisation and proactive monitoring initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout project delivery.
