Job Description:
5-8+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, Customer Journey Orchestration, and Campaign Management.
Design, configure, and implement Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) solutions for personalized customer engagement.
Create and manage Real Time and batch customer journeys, campaigns, offers, and decisioning strategies.
Configure customer profiles, audiences, events, and journey triggers using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Develop omni-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Web Channels.
Collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders to translate requirements into customer engagement journeys.
Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot journey issues, and optimize customer experiences.
Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
