.NET Full Stack Engineer - Consultant/Senior Consultant

Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 plus benefits, perks, and healthcare options!
Job type: Permanent | Hybrid (1-2 days per week) | Occasional travel to client sites

Base locations: London, Manchester, Newcastle or Glasgow

Overview

We're looking for a .NET Full Stack Engineer with strong Back End and Front End development experience to join a team delivering innovative digital solutions for enterprise clients.

You'll work on digital transformation programmes, designing and delivering modern cloud-native applications that solve real business challenges. Working alongside architects, engineers and stakeholders, you'll help build scalable, secure and high-performing solutions using modern Microsoft technologies and engineering best practices.

Your Role

  • Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using C# and ASP.NET Core.
  • Build responsive web applications using React, Angular or Blazor.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
  • Work across the full software development life cycle, from design through to deployment and support.
  • Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and cloud-native platforms.
  • Continue developing your technical skills through innovative client projects and emerging technologies.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience developing applications using C# and ASP.NET Core.
  • Frontend development experience with React, Angular or Blazor.
  • Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
  • Proficiency with Git and platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
  • Experience working with Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
  • Experience working in Agile software development teams.
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core (EF Core).
  • Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform is desirable.
