Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Support pupils with communication, social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
Help create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, parents, and other professionals to support each pupil's individual learning journey.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children or young people with SEN, ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional learning needs (preferred but not essential).
Is patient, empathetic, and resilient.
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Holds a Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant childcare qualification (desirable but not essential).
