Are you an experienced Landscaper looking for a new opportunity with a company that values quality, development, and progression?

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Landscape Operative to join a well-established and growing landscaping contractor operating across the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional team working on high-quality landscaping projects, with excellent opportunities for training and career progression.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Landscaper with:

Minimum 1 years’ landscaping experience

A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality workmanship

The ability to read and understand plans and landscape drawings

Experience using landscaping tools and equipment

A proactive approach and willingness to work as part of a team

A full driving licence is preferred but not essential. Company vehicles are provided for travel from the yard to site each day. A CSCS card is desirable, however support can be provided for candidates who do not currently hold one.

The Role:

Working predominantly across residential developments, local authority projects, housing associations, and managed sites, your duties will include:

Ground preparation and landscaping works

Turfing and seeding

Shrub, hedge, and tree planting

Light grounds maintenance duties

Operating landscaping machinery including rotovators, whacker plates, seeding equipment, and hand tools

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

There are also opportunities to develop your skills and progress into other areas of the business, including grounds maintenance, customer care, play equipment installation, ecological teams, and fencing projects.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Overtime available.

Travel time to and from sites is included within the working day.
