Business Development and Marketing Coordinator

Permanent, Full time

Salary: £30,000-£33,500 per annum (depending on experience)

Our client, a leading organisation within the construction sector, is seeking a talented Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join their team in Manchester.

As the Marketing and Business Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our client's business. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting the marketing and business development strategies across their Northern offices (occasional travel will be required).

Responsibilities:

Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality materials and strategies
Working closely with senior management to put together BD and marketing strategy and plans
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends
Proactively promote all regional projects and successes across social media
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders and ensure CRM is updated
Assist in planning and organising events, conferences, and networking activities
Work closely with senior team to submit entries for regional awards
Monitor marketing and business development metrics and provide regular reports to the management team

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, within construction/architecture/engineering would be ideal but other professional services would also be considered
An understanding of the importance of marketing and business development activity to the wide business
Specific experience in digital marketing strategy and utilising social media across a number of channels
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Fantastic writing skills with the ability to write copy for print and digital
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Proficiency in CRMs, MS Office and ability to pick up industry specific systems
