The Role

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will hold a pivotal position in supporting the health and wellbeing of the workforce. This role gives you the autonomy to shape our occupational health service and work proactively to deliver the best outcomes for all staff.

Responsibilities

Provide expert occupational health advice and support across the organisation
Deliver best-practice occupational health services, including assessments, support for absence management, and health surveillance as required
Advise on health protection, health improvement, and policy development related to workplace health
Champion employee wellbeing by identifying and implementing proactive interventions
Work collaboratively with managers and staff to ensure a safe and healthy working environment

Skills and Experience

Occupational Health qualification is essential
Professional experience as an Occupational Health Nurse
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
Ability to work independently and manage occupational health provision from end to end
Confident communicator, able to deliver advice clearly and effectively
Strong initiative, organisational skills and attention to detail
