This is an exciting opportunity to join our People Operations team as a Training Partner, working collaboratively with managers and leaders across the College to identify workforce development needs and deliver high-quality training solutions. You'll play a key role in driving our training and development strategy, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge, skills and support they need to succeed while maintaining compliance with statutory and mandatory training requirements.

What you'll do:
Partner with managers across the College to identify training needs and workforce development priorities.
Design, coordinate and deliver learning and development initiatives that support organisational goals.
Drive compliance with statutory, mandatory and role-specific training across the College.
Maintain accurate training records and monitor engagement through the Learning Management System (LMS).
Support the delivery of the College's CPD strategy, working closely with curriculum and leadership teams.
Coordinate cross-college induction programmes and support departmental onboarding processes.
Produce reports and insights on training compliance, engagement and impact for senior leaders.
Manage training budgets and ensure learning activities provide value for money.
Promote a culture of continuous professional development, collaboration and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for:
A degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in learning and development or a related field.
Experience working in a learning and development, training or workforce development role.
An understanding of, or experience within, the Further Education sector.
Experience working in partnership with managers or senior leaders to identify development priorities.
Excellent organisational, planning and project coordination skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence and advise stakeholders.
Experience of producing reports, monitoring budgets and maintaining accurate records.
A proactive, solution-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and adults.
