The Role
Working across a diverse range of construction projects, you'll provide both pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services while building strong relationships with clients and project teams.
Responsibilities
Deliver Quantity Surveying services from project inception through to completion.
Prepare cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and contract documentation.
Manage project costs and financial reporting.
Administer contracts under JCT and NEC forms.
Work closely with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
Support junior team members where appropriate.
Build long-term client relationships and contribute to repeat business.
About You
You'll ideally have:
Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience.
Strong pre and post-contract experience.
A good working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
A proactive approach and a genuine desire to develop your career.
MRICS qualified or working towards chartership would be advantageous but isn't essential.
