Warehouse Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced distribution operation in Corby. Our client is seeking a motivated and organised individual to provide administrative and logistical support, ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the depot. Working closely with the management team, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, customer service, and reporting activities.

The Role

Salary: £29,636.10 per annum
Location: Corby
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Nights
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Working Hours: 21:00 – 06:00
Pay Frequency: Monthly
Additional Benefits: Free onsite parking

Key Responsibilities

Liaise closely with colleagues to understand customer and supplier requirements.
Respond to and manage customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Support procurement activities as required.
Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Accurate data entry and maintenance of records.
Produce timely and accurate weekly and monthly management reports.
Carry out general administrative duties to support warehouse operations.
Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the management team.

Skills & Experience Required

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
