Our client, a global manufacturing business with an excellent reputation in the industry, is looking to recruit a talented Quality Manager to lead the Quality function and drive CI across the manufacturing operations.
This is a great opportunity for a quality professional with a strong engineering background who enjoys leading teams, solving problems and delivering operational excellence.

About You
* You’ll be an experienced Quality Manager with an engineering or manufacturing background
* You’ll have a recognised engineering qualification
* Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, including internal and external audits
* Experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions
* The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances
* Knowledge of inspection and testing methods, including NDT techniques
* You’ll be comfortable with occasional overseas travel over the course of the year
About the Job
* Lead and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
* Manage internal, external and customer audits
* Lead and develop the Quality team
* Drive quality improvements using data, RCA and Lean methodologies
* Manage supplier quality, audits and Supplier Performance Management
* Oversee inspection, testing, calibration and quality documentation
* Investigate customer complaints and implement effective corrective actions
* Monitor and report quality KPIs to senior management
* Support the development of an Integrated Management System incorporating ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
* Work closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing and other departments to improve quality across the business
* Lead continuous improvement projects using tools such as PFMEA, MSA and DFM
* Manage departmental budgets and quality priorities to support production
