Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships?

We're looking for a Client Success Advisor to join our clients growing team. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every interaction is professional, positive, and solution-focused.

In this role, you'll manage incoming support requests, coordinate service tickets, keep clients informed throughout the resolution process, and work closely with technical teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll also maintain accurate records, monitor service performance, and contribute to continuous improvements across the business.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, and a good understanding of basic IT.
