We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Logistics & Administration Support professional to join our team. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders, supporting logistics operations, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.

As one of the key points of contact for customers, you will play an important role in maintaining high service standards, supporting lead-time targets, and ensuring daily operational activities are completed accurately and efficiently.

Process all incoming customer equipment and orders accurately and efficiently.
Manage administration processes for both incoming and outgoing goods.
Book customer equipment into SAP/PAS systems.
Ensure customer orders are processed in line with operational targets and agreed lead times.
Coordinate collections and deliveries of customer equipment.
Liaise with external logistics partners and colleagues at other company locations.
Support customs processes and procedures where required.
Respond professionally to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on orders.
Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
Maintain accurate customer records within SAP, CRM, and related systems.
Support customer service improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Foster a zero-error culture, ensuring all customer work is processed accurately and professionally.
Maintain and update customer data across ERP and CRM systems.
Monitor and manage orders received through procurement platforms such as Oracle, and similar systems.
Support equipment management and data input activities.
Collaborate closely with laboratory, technical, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.To succeed in this role, you will be a detail-oriented administrator with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Previous experience in logistics, order processing, administration, or customer service.
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
Experience using ERP and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable

Experience using SAP.
Experience with procurement platforms such as Oracle
Knowledge of customs processes and shipping documentation.
