Job Title: Packer / Despatch Operative
Location: Redditch
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Packer / Despatch Operative to join our manufacturing team in Redditch.
The successful candidate will have previous manufacturing experience and be responsible for packing finished products, preparing orders for dispatch, labelling goods, and ensuring all items meet quality standards before shipment. You will also assist with stock movement, maintain a clean and organised work area, and follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
