Secondary School Receptionist - The Wirral - September Start

Role Overview

First Impressions: Serve as the professional face of the school, greeting visitors, handling phone inquiries, and managing the main reception desk.

Administration: Support the school office with general administrative tasks, including sorting mail, typing correspondence, and managing incoming emails.
Data Management: Utilize school databases (such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom) to input attendance data, update student records, and manage registers.Requirements

Experience: Previous experience working as a Secondary School Receptionist or in a busy school office environment is highly desirable. Strong corporate receptionists with transferable skills are also encouraged to apply.
IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience using school database systems like SIMS or Arbor is a major advantage.
Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a warm, approachable manner.
Compliance: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
