Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a innovated and forward thinking manufacturing company to recruit for a SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER!
* Salary - £28,000 to £30,000
* Monday to Friday (early Friday finish)
This will be a key role within the business to help them continue to drive change and growth:
Ideal person for this role is confident, detail-driven Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain activity. You’ll be responsible for planning, stock, suppliers, logistics, and order flow - ensuring the right products and components are available at the right time, with clear communication across the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and keeping things moving when pressure is on.
Key Responsibilities:
* Part Code Control: Create and maintain part codes,
* Demand & Forecast Planning
* Supplier Manager: UK and overseas suppliers
* Coordinate and oversee the movement and handling of goods through the supply chain, from factory to warehouse to customer.
* Monitor and analyse inventory levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, or disruption to supply.
* Price List Maintenance
* Process orders for UK stock and direct-from-factory customer orders, providing accurate ETAs and keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
* Provide operational support to the Business Operations Manager, including process improvement projects, health & safety compliance, sales support and other cross-departmental operational duties as required
Previous experience in supply chain or inventory management is essential
