HR Administrator (Temporary – 6 months) Golborne £26,000 (Term-time Only)

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their busy HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to support the delivery of an efficient and professional People function within a values-driven organisation.

Working closely with the People & Culture Manager and Assistant, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with current legislation.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide general HR administration and maintain accurate employee records.

* Manage pre-employment and onboarding processes, including DBS, Right to Work, references, and compliance checks.

* Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation.

* Respond to employee and manager queries, escalating where appropriate.

* Support payroll by providing accurate and timely employee information.

* Coordinate meetings, training, and general departmental administration.

* Assist with HR projects and process improvements.

* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.

The Ideal Candidate

* Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.

* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

* Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Able to prioritise workloads and maintain confidentiality.

* Experience of safer recruitment, DBS, and Right to Work processes would be advantageous.
