Provide essential business and administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the Performance and Governance workstream.
Assist in coordinating and facilitating key meetings, including the Police and Crime Panel (PCP) and the Tackling Disproportionality Independent Scrutiny Board (TD ISB).
Manage the production and distribution of agendas and papers, take minutes, and monitor action completion.
Handle expense claims and respond to inquiries related to PCP and ISB effectively.
Organise logistics for meetings and events, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective communication and relationships.What We're Looking For:

Experience: Previous administrative experience, preferably within a local authority, policing, or public sector organisation.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage diverse tasks with competing deadlines while being adaptable to changing priorities.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen understanding of confidentiality and information governance.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using various IT packages, including word processing and spreadsheets.Avon and Somerset Police's Values:
