We are seeking an organised and proactive Admin Support & Scheduler to join our Water Hygiene division, providing critical support to ensure the efficient delivery of field-based services.
This is a key coordination role within our central administration team, responsible for scheduling site works, supporting engineers, and maintaining accurate records in a compliance-driven environment.
The role
You will play a central role in planning and managing day-to-day service delivery, ensuring works are scheduled effectively and completed in line with client and contractual requirements.
Key responsibilities
* Scheduling and diarising water hygiene site works
* Liaising with client sites to arrange access and confirm appointments
* Coordinating engineers’ workloads to maximise efficiency
* Acting as a key point of communication between engineers and operations teams
* Monitoring job progress and ensuring alignment with planned programmes
* Filing results and maintaining accurate records to support compliance requirements
* Any other administrative duties as deemed appropriate
About you
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
You will ideally have:
* Strong administrative and scheduling experience
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A high level of organisation and attention to detail
* The ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
* Competence in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
* Experience in a compliance-led or service environment (desirable)
