Freelance Site Engineer

We have an urgent requirement for a Freelance Site Manager working for one of the UK's leading Offsite and Modular Build construction specialists. This is a great opportunity to work on a high-profile MOD project near Reading, Berkshire.

You will join a company with an outstanding reputation for delivering on complex, technically demanding projects, and this assignment is no different. If you hold active SC Clearance and have a solid modular or offsite construction background, we want to hear from you.

Site Manager duties:

On-site management and delivery of modular construction works at AWE Aldermaston
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site logistics
Enforcing site H&S standards in line with MOD site requirements
Reporting to the Project Manager and maintaining programmeSite Manager experience required:

Active SC Level Security Clearance — non-negotiable
Proven Site Manager experience in modular, offsite or construction
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (Gold Card minimum)
Experience working on secure, restricted access or MOD sites is a strong advantage
A calm, professional approach — this site demands it
