We're recruiting for a Meeting & Events Coordinator to join a busy hotel in London on a temporary basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy bringing events to life from enquiry through to delivery, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team with regular office hours.

You'll play a key role in delivering successful conferences and functions by:
Acting as the first point of contact for meeting and event enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Coordinating meetings, weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and other functions from enquiry to completion
Preparing quotations, contracts, confirmations, and managing booking amendments or cancellations
Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery
Coordinating venue setup, catering, entertainment, and event logisticsWhat we're looking for:
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous Meeting & Events Coordinator experience (essential)
Experience working within a branded hotel and conferences environment (preferred)
Strong knowledge of DELPHI and Opera systems
Excellent organisation and communication skills
