Project Manager
Location: Centrally located in East Grinstead (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 per annum + bonus & benefits
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a successful and growing organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Project Manager with strong client management skills who enjoys delivering projects from start to finish while building long-term relationships with customers and contractors.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client projects, coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Managing multiple projects through the full lifecycle
Building and maintaining strong client and contractor relationships
Coordinating remedial works projects, including fire door works
Arranging site visits, assessments, and contractor schedules
Ensuring reports, documentation, and completion evidence are accurate and delivered on time
Monitoring budgets, risks, issues, and project timelines
Resolving client queries and supporting customer satisfaction
Working collaboratively with the wider Operations teamYou will have:
Proven experience managing multiple projects
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Experience within construction, engineering, consultancy, compliance, or a regulated environment (desirable)
Confidence managing client relationships and attending meetings
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or similar - desirablePackage & Benefits
£35,000 salary (depending on experience)
Performance bonus plus £2k per year
Hybrid working after probation
