Your role

You’ll work in a residential care setting, supporting children with day‑to‑day life, emotional well‑being, and general mentorship and support. You’ll:

Build positive relationships based on trust and respect

Encourage independence and daily routines

Support emotional regulation and behaviour management

Be a steady, caring presence — someone they can count on

What we’re looking for

6+ months of full‑time care experience (in the last 3 years)

At least 3 months’ experience working with children or young people (in the last 3 years)

Right to work in the UK

A kind, resilient, and team‑focused attitude
