What you will do
Deliver person centred care across residential homes, supported living and community settings. Build confidence, provide emotional support and help people thrive.
What you need
UK work eligibility
Minimum 6 months UK paid care experience in the last 3 years
Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI for Northern Ireland
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Personal qualities include integrity, respect, empathy and teamwork
