Mechanical Construction Manager
Location: North West London (Acton Area)
Start: September 2026
Type: Contract or Permanent (TBC)
Avolon M&E are looking to appoint experienced Mechanical Construction Managers to support the next phase of a major HS2 infrastructure project.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading M&E contractor delivering nationally significant rail infrastructure works.
Responsibilities
* Manage mechanical construction activities on site
* Lead supervisors, subcontractors and direct labour
* Ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
* Monitor programme, quality and productivity
* Coordinate commissioning and handover activities
* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager
* Strong building services background
* Experience managing site teams on large-scale projects
* SMSTS and CSCS
Desirable
* Rail or infrastructure experience
* HS2, Crossrail or Network Rail project experience
* NEC project delivery experience
