Senior Account Manager - International Client Portfolio

Are you an experienced Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or Customer Success professional looking for an opportunity to manage strategic client relationships within an international business environment?

As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key business accounts, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for your clients. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience while supporting account growth and long term retention.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing account performance, coordinating contract renewals, delivering client reviews, and ensuring that services are delivered in line with agreed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic corporate accounts.
Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Lead account review meetings and regular business updates.
Coordinate contract renewals and support commercial discussions.
Develop account plans to maximise client engagement and retention.
Produce and present performance reports and management information.
Monitor account performance against agreed objectives and targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Resolve client queries and escalations efficiently and professionally.
Identify opportunities for account growth and additional solutions.
Maintain an understanding of industry trends and market developments.
Provide regular updates on account performance, opportunities, and potential risks.About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar client-facing role.
A proven track record of managing and developing high-value client relationships.
Strong experience within a B2B environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Commercial awareness with experience supporting contract renewals and account growth.
The ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights to clients.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.What's on Offer?
