We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator role
Salary: £32,000 - £34.000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm
Responsibilities of the Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator
Prepare employment contacts and onboarding documents
Coordinating employee mobilisation
Coordinating appointments and mandatory training
Arranging travel and accommodation
Liaising with employees throughout the onboarding process
Maintain compliance records and databases
Maintain company policies and procedures
Supporting audits
Monitor compliance deadlines
Employment administration such as preparing payroll information and preparing contractual documents
Preparing reports and spreadsheets and maintain electronic filing systems
Requirements for a successful Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator
Previous administration or coordination experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to handle confidential information
