Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Housing Officer on a 2 month contract situated in Manchester
The role as Housing Officer will involve full time office work - No hybrid option
As a Housing Officer your role will involve:
- Providing a frontline service to a portfolio of tenants across Manchester; which includes vulnerable, young people and across older persons services
- Dealing with Income challenges
- Tenancy Sustainment
- Safeguarding, Domestic Abuse and Community Safety
- Environmental issues ie fly tipping, garden issues
Due to the nature of this role interested candidates must have extensive Housing Management experience
You must have access to a car
