Key Responsibilities
* Managing and developing your own portfolio of clients
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
* Providing practical business and tax advice
* Delivering solutions to client challenges and queries
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Working collaboratively across the wider practice
* Identifying opportunities to add value and enhance client service
About You
The successful candidate will possess:
* ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, or be Qualified by Experience (QBE)
* Previous experience within an accountancy practice environment
* Strong client relationship and communication skills
* Confidence in providing advice and support to business owners
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Enthusiasm for embracing technology and process improvement
* A positive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
