Part-Time Cleaner (3-Month Contract) – Redditch

Location: Redditch
Pay: £12.85 per hour (PAYE)
Contract: 3 Months
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 4 hours per day (16 hours per week)
Start Time: Flexible between 7:00am and 9:00am
Enhanced Adult DBS: Essential
We are recruiting a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to work within an Extra Care Housing Scheme in Redditch on a 3-month contract.

### Duties include:

Cleaning communal areas and facilities to a high standard.

Following cleaning schedules and maintaining accurate records.

Safely using cleaning products and equipment in line with COSHH regulations.

Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance or health & safety issues.

Supporting the day-to-day running of the scheme with occasional domestic duties, including laundry support and deliveries.

Providing a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff.
### We're looking for someone who:

Has previous cleaning experience.
Can work independently and manage their own workload.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Is reliable, professional and customer focused.
Holds a valid Enhanced Adult DBS.
