Ready to take ownership of crop production in a modern, forward-thinking growing operation?
We're recruiting on behalf of an exciting and expanding horticultural business that has recently invested in a modern production facility supporting one of the UK's leading online plant retailers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Grower who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment, and wants to play a key role in producing high-quality plants at scale.
Working closely with an experienced Senior Grower, you'll become the driving force behind the day-to-day management of crops, taking ownership of irrigation, crop health, and nursery standards while helping to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
If you're the sort of person who spots issues before they become problems, enjoys working autonomously, and takes genuine pride in growing exceptional plants, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Join?

Work alongside experienced horticultural professionals
Be part of a growing and ambitious business
Exposure to modern growing techniques and infrastructure

Key responsibilities will include:
Managing the irrigation of containerised plants and trees across glasshouse and outdoor growing areas
Monitoring crop requirements and adapting watering regimes based on weather, crop development, pot size, and growing conditions

Monitoring environmental conditions and helping optimise growing performance
Maintaining accurate crop records and treatment data
